Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Blotter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Apex) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures or errors on our side.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws. You may not scrape, automate bulk access, or attempt to compromise the security or availability of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Blotter's AI analysis and insights are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
User data and ownership
You retain ownership of your trading data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data to provide the Service and to improve our product (e.g. in anonymized or aggregated form).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blotter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for any other reason with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
