What data we collect
We collect account information (email, full name), trading data you import (trades, strategies, emotions), and usage data necessary to provide the service (e.g. AI query count, feature usage). We do not sell your personal or trading data.
How we use it
Your data powers the dashboard, AI analysis, and analytics. We use it to generate insights, run performance metrics, and improve the product. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for product improvement and research.
Data storage
Data is stored using Supabase on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS). We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) in transit and at rest, and apply access controls and monitoring.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payment processing (subscription and billing). Stripe processes payment data according to their privacy policy. We use Anthropic for AI-powered analysis; trade data sent to the AI is used only to generate your responses and is not used to train models on your personal data. We do not share your data with other third parties for marketing or advertising.
Cookies
We use minimal, session-based cookies for authentication and security. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can export your data (trades, settings) from the Settings page. You may request account deletion from Settings or by contacting us. We will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
